MS TEAMS ASSIGMENT

Hi,

I'm an IT admin and we have an issue in assignment upload.

As a admin i have created a one A1 student account for my student with XYZ Name/Register number, so some reason the XYZ student left the school and then i deleted the account.

so now for his place new student has joined and i given him a same register number and i created new account with same register number, like this there 10 cases. all 10 students have same issue they cant upload their work file in assignment section.
same class other students can upload but these 10 students having issue.

Even the assignment is assigned to all the students who joined to the group in future.

Are there any error messages when these students upload the assignment in Microsoft Teams?

As we are mainly responsible for Microsoft Teams for Business, your scenario is for education which needs corresponding qualification to request an environment. We don’t have such environment and cannot do more actions for your question. Thanks for your understanding.

It also recommends you try to login Teams web client to see if this issue can be reproduced.
