My production Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server failed during a scale-up operation and is now completely frozen in an 'Unavailable (Unplanned)' state. Standard portal Stop/Restart actions are totally non-responsive due to a stuck backend deployment lock. Resource Health Tracker event IDs are active. Cannot find any way to file a support ticket with Azure PostgreSQL Infrastructure & Engineering team to break the orchestration lock on the backend. Any thoughts on how to get this server back up. Here is what i see under resource health:
