I have almost no space left on my laptop and I keep finding the same files two, three and four times, empty folders most;y. I tried to do a reset by uninstalling Windows and doing a reiknstall and it wouldn't let me. Whats going on? PLEASE HELP!!1

I think IMy have some sort of virus or something. My laptop space is almost full but I have noticed more files appearing and be empty, I have double, triple, or quadruple files and programs. I am going for my BA in WDD and love to learn about all this but I am not sure about the IT part of it. I dont want to go in there and delete the wrong stuff. PLEASE HELP!!?
