I was checking my PayPal account and I see the regular monthly charge of $10.61 for Microsoft 365, but then I see a recent charge of $106.24 for the same thing. What is this other charge?

    Hi,

Please note that Microsoft Q&A is a user-to-user forum. We do not have access to accounts or billing systems. Please use the instructions in the following article to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

Note: If you cannot find the charge under your primary Microsoft account, it may be associated with a different Microsoft account. Try to recall any other Microsoft accounts you may have used in the past and check those as well. Also, ask any family members who may have used your payment method in the past, as the charge could be associated with their Microsoft account.

If you cannot find it at all, it’s possible that your payment menthod has been compromised. In this case, you should contact your bank immediately to open a dispute ticket, request an investigation to prevent further unauthorized charges.
