    Open Word.

Click Word in the top menu beside the Apple icon.

Choose 'About Microsoft Word' from the drop-down menu.

On there you should see the Email address of the Microsoft account used for the subscription, then log into this link with that Microsoft account, are you able to find the subscription.

If the trial does not appear in the account, check these cases:

    1. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account that was used to start the trial.
    2. Under the Microsoft 365 subscription, look for:
      • Cancel: select it to cancel the trial.
      • Turn on recurring billing: recurring billing is already off, so the trial will end on the Expires on date and no future payment will be made.
      • Paid with and None: the trial will end on the Expires on date and no cancellation is needed.
    3. If the subscription still does not appear, the most common reason is that a different Microsoft account was used. Check the correct account and review charges from the Manage your payments page.
    4. If a charge was already taken, cancellations must be made more than 2 days before the billing date.
    5. If the subscription cannot be found or cancelled after checking the correct account, use Contact Microsoft Support and select Get Help, then Contact Support.
