Building and customizing solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot APIs and tools
Still not working. I’ve removed the app three times, signed in and out multiple times and rebooted 5 times still not working!!!!!!

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have been using the Copilot app on my iPhone with my Microsoft 365 Premium subscription for a long time without any issues. This past weekend, I received a pop-up message saying that "Chat has moved" and was prompted to download a new app.
Since then, every time I open the app, I get stuck on a screen asking me to purchase a subscription—even though I already have an active Microsoft 365 Premium subscription.
The only way I can get the app to work is to:
After I do that, Copilot works normally and all of my chat history is there. However, as soon as I close the app, the issue returns and I have to repeat the entire process.
What's especially confusing is that Copilot works perfectly on my MacBook using the same Microsoft account and subscription. The issue only occurs on my iPhone and iPad.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix, or is this a known issue with the recent app migration/update?

Hi there,
This appears to be a licence-token caching issue following Microsoft’s recent Copilot mobile-app transition, rather than a problem with your subscription. Microsoft has documented the “Chat has moved” migration, but not this repeated purchase-screen loop as a confirmed widespread issue.
First, confirm the subscription is active at Microsoft account Services and that you are using the primary subscription holder’s account. Then delete the Copilot app completely—not “Offload App”—restart the iPhone or iPad, reinstall the latest Microsoft Copilot app from the App Store and sign in with that same account.
If the problem returns, use the app’s Help and feedback option to submit diagnostics, including the iOS and app versions. You can continue using Copilot on the web while Microsoft investigates.
Thank you, and feel free to respond back for more assistance.
