request delist after spoofing attack

Certain email addresses reject my emails following a spoofing attack. I have tried using the delist service but it says that either my email address or IP address are incorrect, so I can't proceed.

    Hi Rob,

This is not something you can solve I am afraid, neverthelessIf you post the complete NDR/bounce error here (remove your email address and any other personal information), it should be possible to determine whether this is an IP block, account issue, authentication failure, or a block imposed by the recipient's mail provider.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, I can't submit the delisting request because it doesn't recognise either my email address or the IP address. The email address is of course correct and the IP address I obtained from my settings, so I'm stuck.
