    Welcome Cherron IT,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I understand that after resetting your laptop, your Outlook.com calendar disappeared.

To narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    1. Are you accessing your calendar through Outlook.com on the web or the Outlook desktop app?
    2. Is the Calendar completely missing, or does it appear but contain no events?

In the meantime, please check the following:

    1. Verify that you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that originally contained the calendar.
    2. Open Outlook Calendar and make sure all calendars are enabled in the left pane.
    3. Check the Deleted Items folder to see whether any calendar items were accidentally removed.
    4. Try accessing your calendar from a different browser or device to determine whether the issue is device-specific.
    5. Sign in using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window and check whether the calendar appears there.
    6. If you use the Outlook desktop app, try Outlook.com directly in a web browser and compare the results.

Please let me know the answers to the questions above, and I'll continue troubleshooting with you.

    Looking for your update.
