Cannot share documents - due to double billing error

I have paid my Microsoft365 bill and my PowerPoint and Word Document products are not allowing me to share documents.
Fix it! I DO NOT OWE YOU MONEY!

Since you’ve already paid, the first thing to check is whether the subscription is showing correctly on the account. Please sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/services
To help narrow down the issue:
- Is this a personal Microsoft account, or a work/school account?
- What exact error message do you get when you try to share a Word or PowerPoint file?
- Does Microsoft 365 show as "Active" under the link above?
If it shows as active, sign out of Word and PowerPoint, close the apps, reopen them, and sign back in with the same Microsoft account to refresh the license.
