Ac issues need help

I for got my email and password and the number I had on that ac was an old number I need help getting into it

1. Do you remember any part of the Outlook/Hotmail email address?
2. Are you still signed in to that account on another device, such as a phone, Windows PC, Xbox, or an Office app?
3. Do you have access to any other recovery email that may have been added to the account?

Since you do not remember the email address, you will need to identify the account first before the password can be recovered.

Also check any device where you previously used Outlook or other Microsoft services, as the email address may still be shown there.

Once you find the email address, let me know what happens when you try to sign in, including any message you receive about the old phone number.
