bluetooth connection problem please HELP

hello,

if someone could help me with this on the image i post, my bluetooth doesnt work and it wont recognize my mouse i found all of this on the list as devices that I use or are used on my pc? but i dont know any of them, can someone please help me how to solve this problem with connection also if someone knows what could be all this devices what is this?? !! I have basic knowledge please help

Start by opening Settings, going to Bluetooth & devices, and making sure Bluetooth is actually turned on. Then turn your mouse off and back on, holding the pairing button underneath until its light blinks fast so it's ready to connect. If the mouse already shows up in your device list but isn't working, click it and remove it first, then try adding it again fresh through "Add device." If it still won't show up, press Windows key + R, type services.msc, find Bluetooth Support Service, and restart it. If none of that works, open Device Manager, find your Bluetooth adapter under the Bluetooth section, and try updating its driver, or uninstall it and restart your PC so Windows reinstalls it automatically. Please let me know where it gets stuck, and we'll go from there.

Try these steps in order on Windows 11:

Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter first
- Open the Bluetooth troubleshooter in the Get Help app.
- It can automatically diagnose and fix many Bluetooth problems.
Make sure Bluetooth is actually turned on
- Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons on the right side of the taskbar.
- Check that Bluetooth is turned on.
- Or go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and make sure Bluetooth is on.
Check the mouse itself
- Make sure the mouse has power or fresh batteries.
- Turn the mouse off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
- If it has a pairing button, press and hold it for 5–7 seconds until the light blinks.
Try pairing the mouse again
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
- Select Add device > Bluetooth.
- Choose the mouse from the list, then finish the prompts.
If the mouse is not showing up, change discovery settings
- Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, choose Advanced.
- Then try adding the mouse again.
Check for common connection blockers
- Make sure Airplane mode is off.
- Move the mouse closer to the PC.
- If there are USB 3.0 devices connected nearby, try moving them away temporarily because they can interfere with Bluetooth.
- If many Bluetooth devices are connected, disconnect some of them and test again.
Remove and re-add the mouse
- In Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices, find the mouse if it appears.
- Select More options for that device > Remove device > Yes.
- Then pair it again.
Update the Bluetooth driver
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Bluetooth.
- Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.
- Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Restart the PC if prompted.
If Bluetooth is missing or still broken, reinstall the adapter
- Open Device Manager.
- If Bluetooth appears there, right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device.
- Shut down the PC, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
- Windows will try to reinstall the driver automatically.
- If it does not, open Device Manager and use Action > Scan for hardware changes.
If Windows still cannot fix it

Download the latest Bluetooth driver from the PC manufacturer’s website and install it.
