I continue to get past due e-mail notices even though I have a paid account as of July 9th 2026

    Hi, @Douglas Pawluk

When you sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services, does your Microsoft 365 subscription show as Active and paid through the correct renewal date?

Also, are the past-due notices coming from Microsoft, and do they mention the same Microsoft 365 subscription?

In the meantime, I would avoid clicking any payment or sign-in links in those emails. Sign in directly through the link above instead. If your subscription shows as active with no payment due, the email may be delayed or potentially a scam/phishing message.

If possible, let me know the sender’s email address shown on the notice.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
