emails from same sender disappeared

Question

Out of nowhere i see all email from exact same sender disappeared completely from my outlook. However, i can still search for them in search bar, when clicking on any of them message is empty and i see "your message can't be displayed right now". Honestly this is shocking, i never saw anything like this. I need these email because they contain CRITICAL documents. Note that email address is Ukrainian government email: ******@dp.pfu.gov.ua - could it be microsoft just blocked / deleted all emails from that email address??? Please advise asap
