    What types of apps are you trying to recover, are they pre-installed apps like the Camera, Media Player... etc. apps that come pre-installed with Windows, and if so, what happened on your PC caused the apps to be missing.

    If it is the default apps that are pre-installed in Windows and there are many apps missing, the best option would be to perform an in-place repair with the Windows 10 ISO, that should re-install a full set of default apps in Windows.
