Unable to get the remote app loaded in Azure WVD Session Host

HI Team,
We are trying to deploy Azure WVD and once the configuration is done, we are still unable to load the applicaton from the remote app group. We have checked and could see that the permissions are provided along with it and when we tried to launch it, we are just getting the file explorer and not the application. Often the session hosts are going unavailable as well
Kindly help us with finding the issue or guide us where to concentrate.
