Automatic billing

Question

I signed up for an Azure Free Trial to learn the platform. I thought the resources would automatically stop after the trial period ended. The conversion to a paid model and subsequent charges were completely unintentional. The subscription is currently frozen due to a lack of funds. I kindly request a one-time courtesy credit or bill waiver to clear this balance and completely close out the billing loop.
