I have a mailing list that has multiple lines for the same person. I am trying to combine/consolidate all of the various emails and phone numbers. Guests have multiple phone numbers and emails

This should be possible, but could you please share a small example of how the data is currently arranged, using fictional information instead of any real names, phone numbers, or email addresses?

For example, it would be helpful to see 5–10 sample rows showing the column headings and how the same guest appears on multiple rows. Also, please show what you would like the final result to look like.

In particular, is there a unique Guest ID or other field that identifies each person, or would Excel need to determine duplicates based on the person's name? Also, would you like multiple email addresses and phone numbers combined into single cells, or placed into separate columns such as Email 1, Email 2, Phone 1, Phone 2, etc.
