Trouble with Authenticator app

Having issues getting codes on Authenticator app. I need it to get into Availity

Try these checks in order:

1. Make sure Microsoft Authenticator opens normally, is responsive, and the account is listed in the app.
2. Update Microsoft Authenticator from the device app store. Versions older than 12 months are not supported.
3. Check notifications in Authenticator:
   • Open Authenticator > Settings > Notification Settings
   • Make sure Show notifications is turned on.
4. Check device basics:
   • Turn off Airplane mode
   • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
   • Make sure the device Date & time are correct
   • Restart the device
5. If a VPN is enabled, disconnect it and test again.
6. If the app is locked, unlock it first. Authentication can fail if the app is locked.
7. If notifications are silent or disabled, check for authentication codes that may have arrived silently.
8. If a push notification was expected but nothing appeared, check whether the notification went to an older phone that still has Authenticator active. If available, approve the sign-in there, then remove the old device.
9. If the issue is only with push notifications, remove the account and try the sign-in again.
10. If the sign-in shows "Something went wrong. [4s8qz]", wait a few minutes and try again. Temporary service interruptions or app updates can cause this.

If none of that works, send logs from Authenticator > top-level menu > Send feedback and then contact Support for a personal account or the IT admin/helpdesk for a work or school account.
