In step 1, the Country field (containing a valid country) is lit in blue, and the Next button is not active

Hi @Zeev Ben Nahum - Next stays disabled until every required field on step 1 is complete, and the form doesn't say which one is missing. The blue on Country is just focus state, not an error. Worth scrolling the whole step and checking each field, especially Job title.
