To deploy one, a tenant administrator first acquires a trial license in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Marketplace, searches for Finance, Supply Chain Management, Project Operations, or Commerce, purchases the free trial offer, and then assigns that license to an admin who can sign in to the Power Platform admin center and create the environment.

Important limitation: these trial environments do not support development with Visual Studio. For development work, a developer-focused sandbox environment is required.
