    Please try steps:

    • Open the Settings app
    • Go to Apps > Apps & features.
    • Go to Installed apps list and under list of apps installed, locate Microsoft Store. Click on ··· next to it and select Advanced options.
    • In the next window, scroll down and locate Repair button. You can repair the Microsoft Store app here without affecting the data associated.
    • In case if that doesn’t works, then you can Reset Microsoft Store app but note that this will affect your data. You will need to sign in again, if you reset Microsoft Store app.

Let us know if this helps!

    Hi, good day!

To help narrow down the cause

    • When was the last time it worked properly?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer recently?
    • Have you already tried the solutions suggested by the AI?

Here are some additional steps you can try.

    • If you have a third-party VPN or Antivirus installed, please try to temporarily uninstall it then check if the issue persists.
    • Please try changing your Region to United States if it helps.
    • If you can connect to Wi-Fi, please try connecting your computer to your phone’s mobile hotspot and then try again.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.

Try these in order on Windows 11:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
      • Press Windows key + R.
      • Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
      • A blank Command Prompt window should appear for about 10 seconds, then Microsoft Store should open automatically.
    2. Make sure Windows is fully updated.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
      • If updates are available, install them and restart the PC.
    3. Update Microsoft Store.
      • Open Microsoft Store.
      • Select Library > Get updates.
      • If an update is available, it installs automatically.
    4. Check time and location settings.
      • Incorrect region or time settings can prevent Microsoft Store from working correctly.
    5. Close and reopen the app.
      • Select the X in the upper-right corner of Microsoft Store, then open it again.
    6. Repair or reset the app.
      • Use Repair or Remove programs in Windows for the Microsoft Store app.
    7. Reinstall affected apps from Library.
      • In Microsoft Store > Library, find the app and select Install.
    8. If the Store still shows errors such as “Try that again” or 0x80131500:
      • Run wsreset.exe again.
      • Check Windows updates.
      • Update Microsoft Store.
      • Check time and location settings.
    9. If needed, contact Microsoft Support.
      • Use Get Help and then Contact Support.
