Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials
Hi @Mansi Saw ,
Thank you for posting your question.
If I understand correctly, you are facing repeated prompts to sign-in to your Microsoft account. The most likely reason for this is because the Microsoft account cannot complete its verification process using the security methods currently registered on the account. The account may be configured with an outdated phone number and may also expect approval through Microsoft Authenticator, which you no longer have access to. When Microsoft cannot verify your identity using the registered methods, account repair notifications can continue to appear. Can you please confirm on this?
Once confirmed, you can try this troubleshooting activity if you can still access the Microsoft account with your password - Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/security?refd=login.live.com and review Manage how I sign in. Add a new verification method that you currently control such as a recovery email, Authenticator app, passkey, or current phone number, verify it, and then remove the outdated phone number.
