Microsoft Word Error While Saving the Document

Question

Dear Microsoft,

My Microsoft Word was error while im saving my document, its keep sending a loading notification and the notification said "contacting the server for information" and this notification kept loading for about 15 minutes. I also cant quit the microsoft word and i cant force quit it, and i cant save the document. Can you help me solve this problem without changing my document? because my documents already final and i cant write it again.

First step:

try to disconnect completely from internet, unplug ethernet cable or disable the WIFI network, then go to File > Save as and save a local copy of your file.
