An application or feature powered by Windows Copilot to assist users with tasks and productivity
Hello Mark Ives
Thank you for reaching out, I understand that Copilot is not working properly on your side, before we proceed may I ask?
- Which subscription do you currently have? (Office 365 Personal, family,..)
- Have you tried access Copilot from any other device?
- Is the issue happened on the Microsoft 365 Copilot app or on the web browser?
- What is your device OS? (Windows, MacOS,..)
In the meantime, please try:
- Refresh Copilot session:
- Log out of Copilot then log back in
- Repair/Reset the Copilot app for Windows OS:
- Open Windows settings > Apps > Installed apps > Look for Microsoft 365 Copilot > Click the three-dot > Repair then test Copilot again, if the issue persists, click Reset
- If you're using the Copilot standalone app, on Installed apps menu > Search for Copilot > Click the three-dot > Modify > Repair
- Try Copilot on the web:
- Open your internet browser then go to https://copilot.microsoft.com/ login using your Microsoft account then try again.
- You can also try with different browser and also incognito/private windows.
- Check your Copilot credit remaining:
- Go to account.microsoft.com/services
- Locate your subscription > Manage > Scroll down and look for your Credit balance. Since every subscription came with a limited in AI credit, so if your credit already running out, Copilot may not work properly.
Please take your time and provide me with addition information, and please follow the steps above if you're currently using a Windows OS machine.
