There are machines that the users are part of the local admin group of there machine. How or what is an easy process to switch only the user's account over from the Local Admin group of there machines to the Power Users group remotely or on a global scale instead of having to do it individually?

Hello William,
To do it remotely, I would recommend to use the next methods:
A) from your Active Directory server when you right click on the pc and click manage you can change it from there
B) Open MMC from a remote machine then -> Add Local/users and groups -> Remote computer -> Name of destination hostname and edit away
