I cant change my password from the security page, I have been getting this error for the past hour.1 I have also tried while being signed out to try and reset the password with my recovery email. Still the same issue.

2 I have also tried resetting my password with my 24 digit backup code, but still nothing same error as upwards there. In the 2nd pic i have inserted.

I have also tried from a VPN with a clear location, but still the same
I have also tried with a PROXY IP with a clear location, but still the same
I have also tried in all browsers in icognito or in normal public search, but still the same

What can I do ? What should be the solving ?

I have also tried [everything that Microsoft suggest and then some]

Might be that Mother Microsoft has put a lock on your account and won't let you make any security changes.

Can you get to your advanced Security settings at https://account.microsoft.com/security ?

Can you "Create a new app password" or add a new verification email at
    https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional ?

What does the Account Sign-In Helper say about the status of your account?

    • In a Private/Incognito browser session, open: https://aka.ms/sign-in-helper
    • Scroll down to "Choose how you normally sign in, then enter your details"
    • Click "With an email address"
    • Enter your email address and click [OK]

If Mother has locked you from making any Security changes, all you can do it not attempt any security changes for 48 hours and see if she will let you back in.
