    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Follow the instructions below to clear the cache.

    1. Open "Settings and more (Alt + F)" and select "Settings";
    2. In the left panel, select "Privacy, Search and Services";
    3. Under "Clear browsing data", click on the "Choose what to clear" button;
    4. Under "Time range", change to "All time";
    5. Leave at least "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" marked;
    6. Click on "Clean now";
    7. Close and open your browser.

    If the pages still do not load, please check if they load in an InPrivate window. To open the InPrivate window, open the browser and press "Ctrl + Shift + N".

    Please let me know how it goes.

    Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
