Every time i refresh my page, i clicked repair in my settings and restarted my computer. The website says an error page and to refresh the page, nothing is changing. My daughters outlook is working on her computer in the same house under the same WIFI. is it still a wide outage?

    Yes this is still an active incident. It doesn't appear to affect all accounts, so it is entirely possible that some users' accounts are not affected. And the recovery is also a gradual process.
