Loop app question

I am the owner of two Microsoft Loop workspaces that have suddenly become inaccessible.

All of my other Loop workspaces open normally. In the affected workspaces, I can still see the workspace name and the list of page titles, but the actual page content will not load.

I have tested this on:

  • Loop web
  • InPrivate browser
  • Windows desktop app
  • Loop mobile app

The problem is the same across devices.

On mobile, I receive the message:

“Couldn't load this. The owner hasn't given you access, or the content can't be found.”

I am the owner of these workspaces and have not deleted or intentionally changed their permissions.

These workspaces contain important written documents. I need help restoring access to the existing page content without deleting or recreating the workspaces.

Is there a way for Microsoft to check the workspace/container permissions or recover access to the existing content?

Hi @Nëbbië Johnson

Since the category under which you submitted your question does not indicate whether this involves a personal or business account, could you please confirm whether you access Loop using a personal Microsoft account, typically managed at account.microsoft.com, or a work or school account provided by an organization, typically managed at myaccount.microsoft.com?

In the meantime, if you are using a business account, I suggest asking your SharePoint administrator to check the affected workspaces under SharePoint admin center > SharePoint Embedded. They can verify whether the workspace containers are active and whether your ownership and permissions are listed correctly. Please note that this section can only be used to review the container status and membership. It cannot display or recover the content within individual Loop pages.

For more details, please refer to: Manage containers in SharePoint admin center

Manage SharePoint Embedded containers for Copilot Notebooks, Copilot Pages, or Loop workspaces

If you are not using a business account, please let me know which type of Microsoft account you are using so that I can provide the appropriate guidance.

I look forward to hearing your update soon.
