Bug report / feature request: Force the verification code input field in Azure B2C sign up form to be visible.

I am using the recommended "Sign up and sign in" userflow in Azure B2C.

When a user signs up and fills in all the form fields, but forgets to click the "send verification code" button, the error message "A required field is missing. Please fill out all required fields and try again." appears, while the verification code input field is still hidden.

That is highly confusing for the user, because all visible input fields are filled in and at this point he does not know what the reason for the error message is.
We've had so many confused users mentioning that this was a stumble stone for them in their UX.

Could you either make the verification code appear automatically if there is an error or make it visible from the beginning?
