Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Peter,
If Outlook is using a Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, or Exchange account, you may not have another .pst file. Those accounts normally use an .ost file, with the mailbox itself stored on the mail server.
Check C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook for .ost files. Personal .pst files are commonly under Documents\Outlook Files, which is likely where your Archive.pst is located.
If you use a POP account, there should normally be a .pst, so search Windows for *.pst before making any changes to the Outlook profile.
Thank you, and feel free to respond back for more assistance.
