Does anyone know how to stop the Trusted Platform Module window from coming up on start up?
Please provide some more information on the TPM window you are seeing, does that appear before Windows starts up and if so, is that a blue window on a black background, if possible please provide a photo of the TPM window you are seeing.
Also, is there the option to type Y or N to skip the TPM error as shown below and are you able to then get into Windows?
Yes, it looks exactly like that. I press "N" and the start up process continues and I'm able to use the computer as normal.
Thank you for that information, that indicates the TPM keys in your BIOS need to be reset.
Before continuing, please backup your all files to ensure against data loss, because changes in BIOS may cause you to be unable to log into Windows with a PIN code or cause problems with Bitlocker if your drive is encrypted.

If your drive is encrypted, log into your Microsoft account on the link to note down the Bitlocker Recovery Key.

Then boot your PC into BIOS.
On the Security settings section, find the option to reset TPM keys to Factory Keys and apply that setting.
Then restart your PC to check if that resolves the problem.
This all started when I was having trouble with my Spectrum email and Outlook. I called Outlook support and they took control of my computer and I saw something about BIOS but they never completed what they were doing and now I get this TPM box every time I start up my computer.
I don't know how to do anything you just said above. I don't know what Bitlocker is or how to backup my data. Is there any other way to get rid of this TPM box?
Sorry, I was offline, when you see that blue box, if you type Y does that reset the TPM on your motherboard and are you then able to get into Windows?
