College Bundle Offer

Question

I bought my ASUS ZenBook A14 14" Snapdragon Elite on 8/31/26. I don't know how to redeem the Microsoft College Bundle which includes, the XBOX Game Pass and free controller, I need additional help. I see that I can redeem until 9/30/26 but it doesn't specify how.

I understand you'd like assistance redeeming the Microsoft College Bundle that was included with your ASUS ZenBook A14 purchase.

Based on Microsoft's published redemption process:

1. Complete the setup of your new Surface Pro and sign in with a Microsoft account.
2. Watch for either an on-screen notification during/after setup, or an email sent to the Microsoft account associated with the device.
   • You'll be asked to verify your student status using a valid.edu email address.
   • After verification is approved, Microsoft states that a redemption email is typically sent within about 3 days, allowing you to claim the Microsoft 365 subscription, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and controller offer.
