Activating office

Hi,

My office subscription has been paid but I can't activate it.

I can see the subscription in my account, I have updated the apps and I have tried all the tips in microsoft website.

When I try the microsoft's troubleshooter I get a message saying the address is invalid.

I use macOS 15.1

Anyone can help?

    There are many problems reported with the Office apps on an Apple Mac device after the July update, Microsoft indicate updating the apps should resolve the problem, however most people indicate that does not resolve the problem.

    The best option is to completely uninstall the Office apps using the steps on the link below, then download and reinstall Office from your Microsoft account online.
