    Hi,
    A driver refresh should help.

    Please supply the following Information.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.

If the Bluetooth device is not appearing while searching for a new device, use this checklist:

    1. Make sure the Bluetooth device is turned on, charged, or has fresh batteries.
    2. Turn the Bluetooth device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
    3. Keep the device close to the PC. If it is unresponsive, move it away from other USB devices plugged into USB 3.0 ports, because unshielded USB devices can interfere with Bluetooth.
    4. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on the PC:
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices
    5. Make sure airplane mode is off:
      • Windows 11: taskbar Network, Sound, or Battery icons > confirm Airplane mode is off
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Airplane mode > turn it off
    6. Change Bluetooth discovery settings:
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices > under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery > select Advanced
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > More Bluetooth options > Options tab > check Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC
    7. Turn Bluetooth off and back on from Settings, then search again.
    8. If the device was previously paired, remove it and add it again:
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices > More options for the device > Remove device
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > select device > Remove device
    9. Try pairing manually:
      • Turn on the Bluetooth device and make it discoverable.
      • On the PC, select the Network, Sound, or Battery icon on the taskbar.
      • Select the Manage Bluetooth devices chevron on the Bluetooth quick setting, then select the device under New devices.
    10. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter:
    • Windows 11: Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth > Run
    • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter
    1. Update the Bluetooth driver in Device Manager:
    • Open Device Manager
    • Expand Bluetooth
    • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter
    • Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software
    • Restart the PC if prompted

If Bluetooth is missing entirely on the PC, check the PC specifications first because some devices do not support Bluetooth.
