Hello,

I've been trying to sign into Word and other Microsoft 365 products and keep getting the same error 0x800704cf. I'm definitely connected to the internet. I have tried so many proposed fixes from other threads, however nothing seems to work. It feels impossible to get any support from Microsoft! I'm on Windows 11.

Anyone have any further suggestions??

    If you have tried many troubleshooting methods, including repairing the Office suite and that did not resolve the problem, the best option is to completely uninstall the Office suite from your PC, then restart the PC and download Office from your Microsoft account online (https://account.microsoft.com/services/), that should resolve any problems with the Office apps.
