You need to repair or reinstall the Microsoft 365 Copilot application, either through Windows Settings or the Microsoft Store.

These instructions come from Gemini AI:

Repair or Reset the Copilot App

    1. Press the Windows Key, type Installed apps, and press Enter.
    2. Scroll down or search for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
    3. Click the three dots next to the app and select Advanced options.
    4. Scroll down and click Repair.
    5. If that does not work, return to the same menu and click Reset

Reinstall the App via Microsoft Store

    1. Go back to Installed apps, click the three dots next to Microsoft 365 Copilot, and select Uninstall.
    2. Open the Microsoft Store app on your computer.
    3. Search for Microsoft 365 Copilot and click Get or Install to download a fresh copy.
