    Hello (Student)Shania Towns,

It's unfortunate to hear that your account has been hacked. In this case, the severity of this has gone beyond what Microsoft can handle. So the first thing you will need to do is to change the password and secure all accounts in the computer, including the affected one if possible. Since it has spread to the computer as you said, you should also disconnect it completely from the Internet. Lastly, please report it to your local authority for the damage done to you.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, no one can stop them.

What you must do now is disassociate yourself from that account. Get a new email account and warn all your contacts not to open messages from your old email address. There isn't anything Microsoft can do about text messages - Microsoft doesn't have a texting app or a phone, so your attacker is using a non-Microsoft texting app and a non-Microsoft phone to send texts.
