Subscription payment issue

I am from Bangladesh. I am trying to purchase microsoft 365 subscription using my endorsed Credit/Debit card.But everytime I enter the card it shows error "Check that the all the details entered in each field are correct or try a different card" I checked all the details are correctly entered and two different cards entered. Same issue. I have checked the region. tried to add the cards in the payment option. Nothing solved my problem.

However, when my brother purchased family subsrciption for me from canada and added as family, I could use that. Now that the license renewal required and I still could not pay using my Bangladesji account. I have checked with the bank and ensured that from there end no issue. How to resolve it?

Hi,

Please double-check your Microsoft Account Billing and shipping Address and your Card/bank Billing address. Make sure they are the same address.

If it's the same but you still have the same issue, please try to use another browser, device, or network.
