I recently purchased a new cell phone and transferred over my authenticator information from the previous phone. The authenticator is not showing me any of the passcode numbers, and I'm not able to log in unless I have the passcode numbers to update my phone. I do not have the old phone anymore. I am the owner/IT guy for our Microsoft 365. What options do I have to resolve this issue?
