Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Kurt,
For a Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription, the first place to check is the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, provided you have billing or admin permissions.
To turn off future charges:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Go to "Billing" -> "Your products".
- Select the Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription.
- Choose "Edit recurring billing".
- Turn Recurring billing Off and save the change.
(Please kindly ask your IT Admin to do it for you)
Important: Turning off recurring billing does not immediately cancel the subscription. The subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term, but it will not renew automatically.
- If you cannot find the subscription in the Admin Center:
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct admin account.
- Check whether the subscription was purchased through a Microsoft partner, reseller, Apple App Store, or Google Play, as cancellations must then be handled through the original provider
