Welcome to Q&A Forum!

According to my research, there is currently no documentation stating when the Migration Manager will support Egnyte, if you are using Sharepoint Online, you can consider Mover Migration Tool.

The mover suggestion was great for migration of the Egnyte private folders to the One Drive. Not as easy with Egnyte shared to MS Sharepoint. We have to go through reorganization exercise, which probably should happen anyways. Thanks for your help!
