Problem with earning Points.

My problem is not like others. my problem/ qurstion is that my account doesnt get the points for daily set the 100 bonus point and it doesnt give me the puzzle peace / stamp too and somedays ago i contuined my streak of search from camera but when i came back another day the streak was gone. Thank you
