Lost Microsoft Authenticator and cannot access Hardware Center Dashboard

Tenant: commotech.onmicrosoft.com

Account: ******@commotech.onmicrosoft.com

I previously used this account to access Microsoft Hardware Center Dashboard for WHQL driver submissions.

After replacing my mobile phone, I lost access to Microsoft Authenticator and can no longer complete MFA verification.

The account still exists and shows registered MFA methods, but I have no access to them.

I also tried to create a Partner Center support ticket, but submission fails with:

"Access denied due to missing subscription key."

Could someone advise the correct support channel or recovery process for this Entra ID account?

I also tried to submit a support ticket through Partner Center Support, but the submission always fails.

The browser console shows:

401 Access Denied

"Access denied due to missing subscription key."

As a result, I cannot create a Partner Center support request and therefore cannot obtain assistance through the normal support process.

This tenant originally had only one administrator account, which is my account.

There are no other Global Administrators available to reset MFA.
