    Hello,

    1

Move the sender's emails from the Junk email folder to the Inbox folder.

Select the emails you want to receive in your inbox.

Then, Right-click and select "Move to Inbox".

    Then,

    • Go to Outlook.com Settings.

    • Then, select Mail > Junk email > Safe senders and domains.
    • Add the sender's addresses to the Safe senders list.
    • So, all emails sent from these senders will be delivered directly to your inbox.

To keep those senders out of Junk and have their messages stay in the Inbox:

    1. Open Outlook on the web or Outlook.com.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Go to Mail > Junk email.
    4. Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender.
    5. Enter each important email address or domain, then select OK.
    6. Select Save.

Also check these items on the same Junk email page:

    • Under Blocked senders and domains, remove any important sender or domain if it was added there by mistake.
    • Turn on Trust email from my contacts if those senders are saved in Contacts.

If mail is still being moved unexpectedly, check for a rule that sends messages to Junk:

    1. Go to Settings > Mail > Rules.
    2. Look for any rule that moves mail to Junk and remove or edit it.

    Notes:

    • Messages from addresses or domains on the safe senders list won’t be moved to the Junk Email folder.
    • In Outlook on the web or Outlook.com, email in the Junk Email folder is automatically removed after 14 days and can’t be recovered after that.
