microsoft whiteboard issue

I created a Whiteboard last October containing a lot of important information. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to open it or access its content.

Could you please help me restore access to this Whiteboard and recover the information it contains?

1. Make sure you're signed in to the correct Microsoft account used to create the Whiteboard.
2. Open the Microsoft Whiteboard app and check the Whiteboards section for your missing board.
3. Go to whiteboard.office.com and log in with your Microsoft account to see whether the Whiteboard is accessible there.
