Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @Bobby Shelton
I understand the issue. Having the same email address for your personal Microsoft account and Microsoft 365 business account does not mean they are the same account. Microsoft treats them as separate identities, so signing in with the Personal account will not give you access to the business tenant.
Since you purchased the business subscription and are the only administrator, I recommend first going directly to the Microsoft 365 admin center and signing in with the Work or school account, rather than selecting your Personal Microsoft account.
If you are not sure which work account was created during the purchase, the initial Microsoft 365 business sign-in is often an @yourtenant.onmicrosoft.com account. Microsoft notes that the username created during business signup becomes the initial Microsoft 365 sign-in address.
You can also check the original purchase/billing emails for the Microsoft 365 business setup information. If the setup email was never received and you cannot identify or sign in to the initial administrator account, the next step is to contact Microsoft 365 Business Support and ask them to help recover access to the tenant associated with your paid subscription. Because you are the subscription owner, they can verify the subscription and ownership before assisting with account recovery.
Microsoft’s documentation confirms that the person who purchases a Microsoft 365 business subscription is normally assigned administrator permissions.

I would not recommend creating another business tenant, as this could leave the paid subscription and your existing tenant separated from the new account.
