I bought a brand new computer, set it up logging in with my go daddy microsoft 365, the PC signs in with AzureAD******@silvergoldtraders.com, software installs trigger an admin prompt, and that prompt rejects the Microsoft 365 password. I have talked to everyone from microsoft, go daddy and HP where I got the brand new computer and nothing is working

Since the PC is showing AzureAD..., it looks like it was joined to Microsoft Entra ID during setup.

I’d first check whether that same account is actually a local administrator on the PC. Being able to sign in with the Microsoft 365 account doesn’t necessarily mean the account has local admin rights.

If you have access to the Microsoft Entra admin center, check Entra ID > Devices > Device settings > Additional local administrators and make sure the user or an appropriate admin group is assigned.

If this is a brand-new PC and you’re the person who performed the Entra join, that user is normally added as a local administrator by default. If that didn’t happen, the Entra/Intune configuration may be preventing it.
