i lost all my files on onedrive what am supposed to do to get them back?

    Hi,

    Do you mean your folders are there?

    Please check the Recycle Bin on OneDrive for the web too and let me know.

    Hi,
    I will walk you through a few steps. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

    Files are typically not lost on OneDrive. Did you make any changes on the computer?

    If you open Onedrive for web does it show your files?
