Not getting codes from Authenticator app

I am trying to log in to an office account. It requires me to approve the login using a number in my Authenticator app. But the Authenticator app is not responding. In the app my account appears under “Microsoft Entra”, not the domain of my company (I can successfully log in to another company account appearing under the company name not Entra). His do I restore Authenticator for my account please?
